Meyrargues covers almost 42 km² beside the Durance, at 247 m and only 7 km from the Luberon regional nature park. The village is crowned by its château, whose foundations go back to the 9th or 10th century and which the Albertas family remodelled in the 17th; it is now divided into apartments, while the park belongs to the commune. You can also see remains of the Roman Traconnade aqueduct, listed in 1922, and the Church of Saint-André.
