Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect on marseilleairporttransfer.com and during our transfers, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Booking: name, phone, email, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight number, child seats, message to the driver.
Payment: payment method and status. Card details are handled directly by Stripe or by the driver’s card terminal: we never see them.
Browsing: IP address and technical data, kept by our host for security.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing your transfer (confirmation, driver assignment, flight tracking, contact on the day): performance of the contract. Invoicing: legal obligation. Answering your requests: pre-contractual steps. Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.

4. Recipients

The driver in charge of your ride; our host and email provider Hostinger; Google, which receives the addresses you type to suggest places and calculate the route; Stripe, for online payment; OpenStreetMap, which provides the map tiles loaded by your browser; Meta (WhatsApp) if you choose to message us there. Your data is never sold.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Google, Stripe and Meta may process some data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Bookings: 3 years after your last ride. Invoices: 10 years. Enquiries without a booking: 3 years after the last exchange.

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. It only keeps small technical items in your browser that it needs to work (for example, whether you have already seen the logo animation), cleared when you close the tab.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@marseilleairporttransfer.com; we reply within a month. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
