How do I book?
Online in 4 steps: trip, vehicle, your details, then summary and payment. You can also book by phone or WhatsApp at +33 7 74 95 34 77.
How late can I book?
Online, up to 1 hour before pick-up. For an earlier ride, call us and we will look for an available driver.
Can the price change on the day?
No. The price the simulator gives when you book is what you pay, whatever the traffic. Only extras you add change it. Prices shown on the site pages are indicative. Only extra waiting beyond the free time, if you agree to it, can be added (see the terms).
How much is a transfer from the airport to central Marseille?
To the Old Port: €43 in Eco, €51 in a Sedan and €72 in a Van. To Saint-Charles station: €43 in Eco.
And to Aix-en-Provence?
€48 in Eco to central Aix, €30 to Aix-en-Provence TGV station.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Your driver comes for the actual landing time and waiting is free for 1 hour after landing.
Where will my driver wait?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, just after baggage claim, with a sign showing your name.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. For changes, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver: card on board, cash or a secure payment link. You receive a receipt for every ride.
Do you have child seats?
Yes: baby seat (0-13 kg), child seat (9-18 kg) and booster (15-36 kg), €5 per seat, selected at step 2.
How much luggage can I bring?
2 suitcases in Eco or Sedan, 8 in the van, plus one cabin bag per person. Luggage is included in the price.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes, our drivers speak French and English.
